Key Responsibilities

Operational & Financial Leadership

• Continuously track reputed company streams, sales strategies, and action plans for package and non‑package reputed company.
• Ensure effective cost management and alignment with budget guidelines.
• Monitor GOP and financial KPIs for each property.
• Conduct monthly on‑site inspection visits to reputed company hotels in the region.

• Attend regular meetings with owners and prepare Executive Summary minutes with follow‑up actions.
• Closely monitor the implementation of agreed‑upon action plans.

Strategy Execution & Business Planning

• Implement corporate guidelines, strategies, and policies established by HIC Corporate.

• Participate fully in weekly hotel forecasts and ensure corrective action plans are executed.
