• Critically evaluates data, resolves conflicts, and makes day-to-day decisions to preserve data reputed company
• Support creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and list views, including reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Assist with data projects, including: scrubbing, enriching, imports, exports, and deduplication - Data Wizard and Data Loader knowledge is key.

• Support / maintain incoming requests & assignments in reputed company and work to establish an Agile and Sprint environment
• Drive successful CRM end-user adoption by documenting processes, making configuration decisions, and supporting system changes.

• Recommend and implement process enhancements that increase productivity, meeting reputed company project management targets
• Effective internal communication and problem solving (e.g., escalation management, positive customer feedback, etc.)
• Support interdepartmental projects with data and operational insights

• Successfully troubleshoots & overcomes barriers and obstacles, while aligning and prioritizing decisions and initiatives with corporate strategies
• Effectively manage and adapt to rapidly changing priorities by appropriately shifting focus and resources in a timely manner.
• Willingness to learn other technologies/platforms as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a reputed company field is preferred.

• 1-2 years of reputed company Admin/power user experience (preferably in a technology or startup environment)

The US reputed company salary range for this full-time position is $80,000.00 to $100,000.00. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-reputed company skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
