Tour Associates are responsible for providing exceptional guest support and service throughout the visit, from entrance to exit. Candidates should be familiar with Warner Bros. intellectual properties, such as DC Comics, Superman, Batman, etc. Duties include but are not limited to welcoming and guiding guests through reputed company environments, operating experience‑specific roles, driving/shuttling guests and maintaining the highest standards of guest service, pacing, safety, and show quality throughout the attraction. Tour Associates may be scheduled in areas that include projected media, soundscapes, and environmental effects (e.g., wind, rumble, lighting cues).
