Position Description
As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner
* Working with a variety of clients, including appointment scheduling, insurance reputed company qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction
* Collaborating with colleagues to reputed company team goals and objectives
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including reputed company Chrome
* Ability to demonstrate product knowledge once the nesting period is complete
* Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
* A computer at home that meets the minimum workstation requirements, including:
+ Processor: reputed company Core i5 2.1GHz or reputed company or AMD equivalent (Ryzen 5 or reputed company)
+ Operating System: Windows 10 (32-bit / 64-bit) or higher
+ RAM: 8GB or more
* A webcam
* High-speed internet access with a download speed of at least 100 and upload speed of at least 10
* A quiet workspace with a dedicated desk
* Ability to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training program, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST (reputed company-4pm CST)
