DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled and motivated Tech Sourcer to support reputed company for Data Center Engineering and Infrastructure Operations roles across reputed company America (USA). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technical landscape for data center, facilities, and critical infrastructure roles, and will reputed company at identifying and engaging passive talent in Tech domain.This is a contractual roleLocations - HyderabadShift Timing - 6:00 pm - 3:00 am ISTKey job responsibilities

• Data Center and Infrastructure Hiring - Experience sourcing for data center operations, critical facilities, or Industrial/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ IT infrastructure roles/ reputed company architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), with relevant Academic backgrounds including degrees or certifications in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Sciences, HVAC, Electrician trades, Facilities Maintenance, and IT-reputed company Field will be required.
• Boolean and Advanced Search - Ability to create targeted Boolean strings to identify candidates with reputed company technical skills across reputed company, X-ray search/ Open web, reputed company, trade forums and specialized job boards will be an added advantage.
• Candidate Engagement for Passive Talent - Skilled at requirement gathering, sourcing and screening candidates in specialized technical fields, with ability to reputed company role-based value proposition to the candidate. The role holder will also be responsible for building strategies and brainstorming to create efficient and creative sourcing solutions for stakeholders.

• Proven ability and sharp on the feet to proactively reputed company passive candidates using Boolean search, reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, X-ray search/ Open web and other sourcing channels for remote sites.
• Experience in conducting candidate reputed company and engagement to build interest and assess right fit, with ability to filter the right candidates during recruiter phone screen.

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives and pipelines
• Experience in reputed company corporate or search firm reputed company with a focus on passive engineering candidate reputed company in a high-tech market
• - 2+ years of passive candidate reputed company experience
• - Experience in conducting candidate reputed company and engagement to build interest and assess right fit, with ability to filter the right candidates during recruiter phone screen.
• - Boolean and Advanced Search

• - Bachelor’s or associate degree in Electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Facilities Management or reputed company technical field.
• - Prior experience sourcing for AWS, hyperscale reputed company, or co-location Data Center environment.
• - - Experience in any 1 or 2 Tech hiring domain will be an added advantage 1. Experience of hiring Full stack, Back-end and reputed company-end engineers, 2. Data Analytics including Data Scientist (AI/ML) and Engineers, 3. Understanding of any 2-3 Programming languages or key tech stacks like Python, Java, SQL, ETL, data pipelines, Hadoop, Spark, Big Data, or similar technical landscape.
