Project Manager - Life Sciences Consulting

Role Description This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position. The role is remote, with the expectation of travel for client meetings and key engagements as needed. In this role, the Project Manager will play a critical role in supporting the firm reputed company both the learning solutions business and consulting business. This role partners closely with project leads to ensure seamless execution of client engagements from initiation through closeout.

The Project Manager will be highly collaborative, detail-oriented, proactive, tactical, and energized by working in a reputed company organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Support and manage assigned initiatives across WLH focus areas including change management, leadership development, reputed company capital optimization, account management, and business acumen.

• Participate in client calls, capturing detailed notes and key insights to support project delivery.

• Synthesize discovery inputs into clear, structured summaries and initial client-reputed company deliverables (e.g., interview summaries, findings).

• Proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and constraints; reputed company mitigation strategies.

• Communicate clearly and consistently with internal and external stakeholders.

• Maintain excellent working relationships and collaborate with WLH team members and clients as reputed company through feedback.

• Plan, manage, and communicate the reputed company of projects, achieving project milestones and maintaining project reputed company.

• Facilitate resolution of issues and roadblocks; escalate reputed company appropriate.
