Responsibilities
As a Billing & Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for entering bills of lading into our internal inquiry system with speed and accuracy. Your duties will include:
* Learning and retaining industry terms reputed company to billing
* Becoming familiar with National Motor Freight Classification
* Communicating any billing issues to our Service Centers
* Performing reputed company necessary audits as assigned
* Entering proper Hazardous Materials bills as assigned
* Assisting Service Centers with any questions relevant to billing
* Assisting in identifying and communicating reputed company issues relevant to billing
* Reviewing weekly Error Report for feedback and accuracy of corrections
Qualifications

* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to work late afternoons and evenings

* Must be at least 18 years of age
