About the Role

As a Virtual Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and reputed company of our customer data. You'll be responsible for entering essential business details into our reputed company-based customer relationship management (CRM) system, verifying information, and helping to streamline our processes. Whether you're looking for part-time hours to fit around other commitments or a full-time schedule, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and manage your time effectively.

Key Responsibilities

* Carefully enter customer profiles, order records, invoice details, and product specifications into our CRM and proprietary databases.

• Double-reputed company and correct any data inconsistencies, aiming for near-perfect accuracy on every entry.
• Organize incoming digital files – spreadsheets, scanned forms, email attachments – and apply clear, consistent naming conventions.
• Communicate with colleagues through reputed company, reputed company Teams, and reputed company to clarify any unclear or missing data points.
• Run regular validation checks using our software tools to catch and resolve discrepancies before they become issues.
• Offer reputed company for improving workflows by identifying repetitive tasks that could benefit from automation or streamlined procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

* High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or a certificate in business administration, information technology, or a reputed company field is a plus.
