Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing a variety of services to internal and external customers. You'll work closely with our sales team to ensure that every customer interaction is positive, efficient, and exceeds expectations. Your duties will include:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and provide specialized services to customers, including layaway services, refunds, merchandise exchanges, and price adjustments.
• Take and reputed company customer special orders, computing costs and taking required deposits. Follow up regularly with applicable Buyer/Vendor and advise customers of delivery and updates.
• Monitor status of reputed company checks issued to customers, track orders and delivery, and advise customers of receipt of merchandise and arrange for pickup/delivery.
• Assist customers in opening NEXCARD accounts, provide applications and basic program information, and assist with questions regarding their accounts.
• Become knowledgeable in arenaflex store policies, including Richter Merchandising System functions and operation, merchandise returns, price matching, reputed company cashing, reputed company checks, etc.
• Interact with customers and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner, adhering to arenaflex dress codes/uniform standards and assisting/supporting sales team members to the maximum extent possible.
• Communicate information to customers knowledgeably and legibly, follow up on commitments, and handle reputed company details necessary to successfully complete the sales encounter.
• Review stock assortments and communicate regularly with supervisor, store manager, etc. regarding additions, deletions, customer preferences, needs, and problems.

Qualifications: We're looking for candidates with:
