Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company reputed company Coordinator/Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a reputed company Coordinator, you will be the first reputed company of contact for patients arriving in person and will provide exceptional customer service through phone and in-person interactions. You will work collaboratively with patients, providers, and other team members to ensure orders are received and processed timely, reputed company, and accurately. This is a critical role that requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Act as the first reputed company of contact for patients arriving in person, providing exceptional customer service and support.

• Answer inbound calls from customers on a multi-line phone system, providing information, troubleshooting common issues, and escalating queries or concerns reputed company necessary.

Compensation and Benefits
