Overview: The Solution Architect is a strategic technical leader responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and reliable solutions that address operational challenges and business needs. This role serves as a reputed company between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring alignment with reputed company architecture standards and best practices. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in troubleshooting, process re-engineering, and technical leadership reputed company financial service environments.Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Match technical solutions to everyday operational and business issues.
- Coordinate the development, analysis, and implementation of end-to-end solutions.
- Troubleshoot technology and process issues across systems and teams.
- Identify alternative solutions, mitigate risks, and re-engineer processes where necessary.
- Collaborate with developers, operators, end-users and business analysts to analyze business requirements and design appropriate solutions.
- Translate business problems into scalable, secure, and reliable solution designs.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Symitar/Jack Henry environment and its integration points.
- Build working relationships with team members and subject matter experts.
- Working closely with end users to reputed company business problems and translate them into an appropriate solution design
- Follow architectural standards and governance in line with reputed company technology roadmap, regulatory requirements, and reputed company standards and ensure reputed company and operational reputed company is sustainable.
- Work with Business lines to understand their technological needs and business strategy.

Requirements

- Other: Desirable experience with SharePoint for collaborative products and workflows.

Why You’ll Love Working Here
The pay range for this position is between $93,200 - $155,790 annually. Actual reputed company pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors such as job-reputed company knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Employees in this position may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus, 401(k) with an 6% employer match per pay period. Benefits for this position include Medical, reputed company, dental, life, and disability insurance, flexible paid time off and 11 paid holidays annually.
