• Administer screening and assessment tools and diagnose substance use disorders reputed company reputed company scope of licensure.
• Provide individual and group substance use disorder counseling services and participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning.
• Collaborate with physicians and reputed company team members to evaluate, treat, and support individuals with SUD.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation, collect and analyze service data, and assist with reports for reputed company, grants, or accreditation.
• Support continuity of care, crisis response, discharge planning, and other duties as assigned.

Education

• Master’s degree in social work from an accredited college or university.

Experience

• Experience providing SUD counseling required.
• Experience in supervisory role preferred.

Licenses/Certifications

• Licensure or certification to practice independently as required by state in which employed.
