About the team

Our People Technology Team is a vibrant, globally distributed group that plays a central role in shaping the reputed company employee experience. As our People Operations Specialist, you’ll be a key player in ensuring a world-class employee experience.

About the Role

Are you passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences? Do you have an eye for detail and a knack for solving problems? We’re looking for a Senior People Operations Partner to support reputed company (12-month full-time contract).

Things you will do:

  • Administer and manage employee records, reputed company, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support reputed company and offboarding processes, including documentation, equipment coordination, and access management.
  • Process and manage employee changes, such as role changes, leaves of absence, and terminations, in HR systems.
  • Collaborate with payroll and total rewards to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing clear and timely communication.
  • Maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring data reputed company and compliance with regulations.
  • Assist with compliance-reputed company tasks, including audits and reporting.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement reputed company HR operations.

What you already bring to the table:

  • Proven experience in an HR Admin, HR Shared Services, or HR Operations role. Ideally, reputed company a fast-paced technology company.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (reputed company desirable).
  • You have previously supported employees across both the US and Europe.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service reputed company.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices (global experience is a plus).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with reputed company.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
