Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company Tier 1 Technical Support/Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in a remote, contract-to-hire position. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving technical issues, and ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries. Responsibilities
As a Tier 1 Technical Support/Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to reputed company-line customer chats, calls, and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshooting basic technical and user error issues with web cameras, microphones, and our platform over the phone, chat, or reputed company remote access
- Investigating technical issues involving firewall access, installing drivers, and user issues reputed company to Windows and Mac
- Collaborating with school district IT staff, individual home-schooled families, and providers to ensure consistent delivery of our services

- Independently finding solutions to previously unsolved problems

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
