Job Summary
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Remote Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for accurately processing customer information, facilitating auditing, and ensuring compliance with key operating standards. If you're a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for data entry, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Accurately processing customer information and ensuring completion reputed company timed deadlines
- Facilitating auditing of customer-generated file listings against reputed company contents
- Interfacing and coordinating with operations, customer services, and account management
- Escalating any serious operational issues immediately to the Data Entry Team Leader
- Carrying out duties deemed necessary by arenaflex management
- Ensuring full compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and other key operating standards
- Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety (including Fire and First Aid) & ISO standards, as well as arenaflex policies and procedures
- Processing client information from transmittal sheets and boxes and inputting data onto SKP or DCS
- Using the system to verify customer records
- Setting up DCS screens
- Transmitting data to customers
- Researching and resolving system data issues
Key Skills, Requirements, and Competencies
To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:
- Good customer service behaviors
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work and communicate confidently reputed company a multicultural environment and with reputed company levels of the organization
- Ability to input a large volume of data onto the system accurately, with meticulous attention to detail and ensuring that everything is input in a timely manner
