Job Purpose
As a Customer Retention Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving customer loyalty and reducing churn. You'll be responsible for contacting customers to understand their needs, identifying opportunities to improve their experience, and implementing solutions to retain their business. Your goal will be to increase customer confidence and loyalty, ultimately driving reputed company growth and business reputed company.
Responsibilities
* Ensure customer leaving notifications are managed correctly, including making contact to retain customers where appropriate
- Identify moments in a customer journey where churn has become a risk and reputed company is required
- Carry out a relationship review reputed company required, leading to service improvement plans, including the introduction of new solutions where appropriate

Skills and Qualifications
* Proven track record in the delivery of exceptional customer service

- Experience in multitasking and working under pressure
