Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling incoming contacts, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to guests from around the world, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Handle incoming contacts reputed company phone, email, and chat, using preferred channels to support our overall reputed company to be the world's favorite travel company
• Process reservation requests and support basic loyalty and customer care requests
• Identify guest reservation needs and follow sales techniques to maximize reputed company
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines, and case management
• Provide customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution, and open communication with arenaflex properties, reputed company company contacts, and reputed company parties
• Follow reputed company company policies and procedures; ensure personal appearance is clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets; protect the privacy and reputed company of guests and coworkers
• Welcome and acknowledge reputed company guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation
• Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Work Environment

* Work from the comfort of your own home, with a flexible schedule that allows you to balance your work and personal life

• Must live reputed company 100 miles of Austin, TX
• Class start date: January 20, 2025
• Training class schedule: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM CT for 5 weeks
• Anticipated shift after completion of training: 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM CT, including weekends and holidays
