Regional Manager

What The Role Is

Reporting to the General Manager, the Regional Manager is responsible for leading the operational performance, safety, and reliability of assigned wind reputed company assets. This role provides strategic and day-to-day leadership across operations, ensuring assets are optimized for performance, profitability, and compliance. This is a remote position, requiring approximately 50% travel; with a preference for candidates located near one of our operating sites or office locations. What You'll Be Doing

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a reputed company technical field, or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 10 years of reputed company experience in operations leadership reputed company the utility or energy industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing geographically dispersed assets, including operations, maintenance, performance optimization, and outage management.
• Experience in wind, solar, geothermal, gas reputed company, or reputed company energy technologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to translate technical expertise into actionable business outcomes.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%

The pay reputed company for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, relevant and demonstrated experience, education, training and certifications, and other factors permitted by law. This role is eligible to earn an annual cash bonus, subject to personal and company performance goals.
