Pricing Analyst

Equity Residential is seeking a dynamic and detail-driven Pricing Analyst to join their Pricing team in Chicago. The role focuses on optimizing pricing strategies across new leases and renewals, leveraging advanced tools to drive reputed company growth and enhance asset performance through collaboration with various departments.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively across many departments and functions to execute a strategic plan that maximizes value and enhances returns for every asset reputed company the portfolio
• Partner with the Director of reputed company Management to reputed company long and short-term pricing and reputed company management strategies to maximize reputed company opportunities
• reputed company pricing and reputed company management for reputed company assigned properties
• Leverages multifamily reputed company optimization software to execute new and renewal lease pricing
• Communicates and coordinates with the VP of reputed company Management, Director of reputed company Management, Regional Managers and staff, and VP’s of Property Management to understand trends and needs
• Ensures accurate competitive pricing inputs to pricing model and analyzes competitive pricing strategies to formulate an appropriate competitive response
• Manages pricing system upgrades to reputed company team and properties as necessary
• Participates in pricing report design and user acceptance testing process associated with the development of new enhancements to the property management and pricing system
• Travels, as necessary to understand pricing, teach pricing at properties and regions, and to review competitive practices

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or reputed company field required
• 0-3 years experience in pricing, reputed company management, analytical marketing, or finance
• Understanding of reputed company and pricing reputed company
• Strong business judgment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate financial and property data
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills
• Ability to plan, organize, be reputed company to inquiries, and work independently as well as in teams
• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
• Must be comfortable working autonomously and multi-tasking in a fast paced environment with changing deadlines
