They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Project Coordinator to support marketing initiatives across multiple channels and ensure project execution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels
• Work closely with the Director of Marketing Growth to ensure reputed company tasks assigned are completed
• Support on reputed company projects as needed
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Update website and marketing posts with content created by the creative team

Skills

• Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Experience or willingness to learn website content updates and digital/media coordination
• Update website and marketing posts with content created by our creative team
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management tools
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., reputed company) is a plus
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment
• Willingness and ability to travel or be on-site reputed company required
• 1–3 years of experience in project management, administrative assistant, marketing coordination or a similar role
• Field marketing experience required
• Experience working in hospitality, entertainment, or lifestyle brands is a plus
