Digital Marketing Specialist

They are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns that enhance engagement and lead generation while collaborating with various teams to ensure campaign effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic DSPs, and other digital channels
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver clear, actionable reporting — surfacing insights and recommendations that improve engagement, conversions, and ROI
- Use data and analytics to continuously refine targeting, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies, maximizing the effectiveness of every campaign dollar
- Manage advertising budgets across assigned brands with a focus on efficiency, ROI, and meeting campaign goals
- Create and manage digital content and assets for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and relevance to healthcare professional audiences
- Conduct A/B testing across ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging to identify opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to align campaign strategy, ensure consistent messaging, and support cross-functional objectives
- Assist in developing marketing reports and presentations that communicate campaign performance and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
Skills
- At least 1 year of experience managing digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Programmatic DSPs
- Analytically driven with strong written and verbal communication skills — you can translate data into clear insights and present results with confidence
- Proficient in digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and related platforms
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously without losing quality
- A proactive self-starter who takes ownership of outcomes and looks for ways to continuously improve performance
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical marketing strongly preferred
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing platforms, CMS tools, or marketing automation a plus
- Experience managing a direct report is a bonus, but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
