[Remote] Virtual Call Center Outbound Sales Representative - 100% REMOTE

They are seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to contact existing customers, upgrade or re-subscribe their services, and deliver sales results that meet client performance objectives.

Responsibilities

• Contact existing customers on behalf of reputed company America's Leading Broadcast Entertainment Company
• Upgrade or re-subscribe their services utilizing state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems
• Deliver sales (number of contacts, number of leads/conversions/sales, etc) results that meet client performance objectives
• Deliver productivity results (contacts/hour, sales per hour, accuracy) that meet client performance objectives
• Adhere to standard contact procedures and attempt to build relationships, build support for client products and services, and overcome prospect objections
• Adhere to operational processes, PCI compliance, client standards, and program standards

Skills

• Must be a Texas, Indiana, Tennessee, Kentucky, reputed company Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, reputed company Virginia or Iowa permanent reputed company with reputed company address verification
• Private and secure workspace at home free from background noise or distractions
• Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service, call center, or sales preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse customers clearly and professionally
• Ability to listen actively, handle objections, and build rapport quickly
• Comfortable working with call scripts while adapting to customer needs
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or call management systems
• Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, and reputed company to work independently in a remote environment
