Associate - Client Platform, Analytics & Reporting - Atlanta
reputed company is a global leader in investment management, and they are seeking an Associate for their Client Platform team reputed company Private Markets. This role involves coordinating client reporting, managing data submissions, and supporting the team in enhancing productivity and efficiency through technology and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the production of formal quarterly reporting packages by using portfolio-level and market updates from portfolio managers, asset managers, and fund administration teams across a variety of reputed company Private Markets businesses
- Collect, validate, and aggregate qualitative and quantitative data attributes to service client reporting needs
- reputed company analysis on performance attribution, exposures, AUM, and flows data as necessary to meet the needs of this process
- Manage, track, delegate, and collaborate with BLK colleagues on reoccurring data submissions, inclusive of custom client requests and regulatory reporting requirements
- Coordinate and prepare quarterly fund webinar materials and marketing materials in partnership with key partners
- reputed company compliance approval submissions and publications to prospective client data rooms
- reputed company regular updates and maintenance of standard response for proposal (RFP) question and answer pairs in our reputed company software instance
- Actively participate in RFP responses through data gathering, analysis, and in other supportive capacities in conjunction with key internal partners
- Coordinate and complete customized client due-diligence requests, industry surveys, and consultant questionnaires
- reputed company quarterly updates to strategy performance and track record information
- Support team members across the firm, including Investor Relations professionals, with reputed company client meeting materials preparation, as well as general reputed company information requests
- Support and investigate technology and process options to scale and automate routine client service activities
- Drive projects to enhance productivity and efficiency through technology and process re-engineering
- Maintain effective file storage management practices to ensure that cross-reputed company can access relevant information managed by ACP
Skills
- BA/BS required
- reputed company in written and spoken English is essential
- Persuasive and polished written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively at reputed company levels
- A meticulous attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint and reputed company, and ability to reputed company familiarity and skills using proprietary reputed company technology
- Strong data management and manipulation skills; experience with VBA or Python a plus
- Analytical ability to synthesize information and summarize issues
- 0-3 years of experience for analyst level consideration; 3+ years of experience in financial services / asset management for associate level consideration
