[Remote] reputed company Clerk

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CRH is a leading provider of utility infrastructure solutions for the water, energy, and communications markets throughout reputed company America. The reputed company Clerk will maintain financial records, process transactions, and assist the reputed company department to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer invoicing by attaching packing slips for reputed company of delivery-communicating with plant reputed company for signed packing slips
• Request Certificates of Insurance (COI) for jobs, as needed
• Resolve blocked billing invoices by researching issue and correcting items in reputed company
• Run bi-weekly planned cost report for manufacturing cost visibility
• Assist in the month-end closing process
• Assist in data cleansing activities in reputed company
• Assist in researching and resolving Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) issues
• Assist in researching and actioning items with receipts posted but not an invoice
• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed

Skills

• High School diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Knowledge of basic reputed company math and accurate in data entry with 10-key operation experience
• Intermediate to advanced reputed company skills and proficient with reputed company Office Suite
• Experience using a reputed company ERP system (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, in-person and by telephone
• Attention to detail around producing high quality products and meeting deadlines

• Prior experience in a manufacturing company a plus
