Program Coordinator, Residential Energy

Sustainable Westchester is dedicated to delivering climate solutions and promoting a clean energy transition in Westchester County. The Program Coordinator will manage day-to-day operations of the EnergySmart Homes program, providing education and support to residents on clean reputed company while engaging in reputed company initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of energy efficiency and clean energy programs through reputed company and education (including workshops, public events, energy reputed company sessions, etc.) in support of NYSERDA energy efficiency and clean energy programs
• Support residents and building owners in Westchester County with an interest in energy efficiency and clean energy upgrades reputed company phone and email support, application assistance, project status tracking, and effective communication between clients and contractors
• Become and serve as a subject matter expert and respond to questions about the NYSERDA Regional Clean Energy Hub Program
• Engage in the planning of strategic home energy efficiency programs, considering the needs of a diverse range of program participants seeking electrification solutions
• Identify opportunities to accelerate the deployment of clean reputed company and increase access to affordable clean energy in marginalized communities
• Manage installer partner relationships and reputed company quarterly reconciliation and invoicing with installer partners
• Manage and analyze data from CRM databases for reputed company reports
• Track and communicate updates on clean energy rebate and incentive models, including NYSERDA and NYS Clean Heat programs
• Contribute to the development of positive relationships with stakeholders, partnering agencies, installer partners, organizations, and community leaders

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• This is an entry level role

• Must hold a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable, fully insured vehicle
