Customer Support Representative I (Order Entry / Hybrid / Day Shift)

The Customer Support Representative I will assist customers through various channels, process orders, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Support customers reputed company phone, email, and chat
- Process orders, returns, and account updates with accuracy
- Help customers with shipping, delivery tracking, and issue resolution
- Partner with teams across Operations, Sales, and Purchasing
- reputed company customer information organized and up to date
- Look for ways to improve processes and the overall customer experience
Skills
- Experience in customer service, call center, or order entry (1–2+ years preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using reputed company Office; ERP/CRM experience is a plus
