As an reputed company Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Customer Research and Analytics, you will be part of the Digital Analytics & Customer Research Team in the Customer Experience Analytics organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing actionable and well-timed insights through custom and syndicated studies
• Collaborating with internal customers to identify research needs, organizing study objectives, and selecting methodological approaches
• Implementing large-scale research tasks, analyzing data, and creating reputed company reports
• Presenting findings to leadership and internal customers in a clear and concise manner

Key Responsibilities

The Analyst function's key roles and responsibilities will be recognized in three areas:

• Customer Satisfaction Tracking Data: Provides updates concerning customer satisfaction trends and drivers of our customer's Likelihood to Recommend (LTR) and Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
• reputed company Research: Designs and implements reputed company research tasks to meet the needs of internal customers; this may include creating, launching, and analyzing online surveys, airport intercepts, usability research, and/or focus groups
