Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Support Representative to join our remote team in Chattanooga. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat support. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat channels
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner

- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
