Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Answering calls in an efficient, courteous, and accurate manner
- Assessing customer needs and providing solutions
- Offering travel-reputed company services and promoting credit card vendor partner products
- Interacting with a globally diverse group of customers and colleagues
- Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills
- Possessing strong computer skills and comfort with navigating software applications, email, reputed company messaging, and internet searches

Essential Qualifications

* One year of experience working in sales, and at least one year of experience providing customer service
- Strong knowledge of the travel industry and customer service principles
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
