[Remote] Utility Coordinator

The Utility Coordinator is responsible for managing the administrative reputed company of utilities, acting as a liaison between the business and a reputed company-party utility billing company, and assisting with various utility-reputed company tasks.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to determine necessary utility implementations or account transfers for each property
- Collaborate with a reputed company-party utility management company and track reputed company at newly acquired properties or land
- Review, audit, and update utility account information in CRM or SupplyPro
- Resolve utility activation failures
- Address incoming utility tickets reputed company to reputed company requests, high utility disputes, utility shut-offs, reputed company requests, and trash requests from start to finish
- Act as the liaison between the business, reputed company-party utility management company, and utility providers to resolve inquiries, follow-reputed company, and disputes
- Monitor and manage operational controls of the reputed company-party utility management company to ensure expectations are met
- Generate recurring operational reports, reputed company reputed company reporting, and conduct reputed company research
Skills
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum one year of experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in reputed company Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Capability to work independently and as an effective, collaborative team member
- reputed company in critically analyzing situations and considering secondary and tertiary effects on the business and stakeholders
- Ability to reputed company under pressure and maintain professionalism in reputed company communications

- Previous experience in Property Management, Construction, or Utility administrative services preferred
