[Remote] Product Demo Specialist (SaaS)

They are seeking a Product Demo Specialist to deliver customized product demonstrations for prospective clients, showcasing how their platform can support business goals and drive reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 3–4 engaging, customized product demos per day, tailored to each prospect’s business needs and goals
• reputed company discovery-driven conversations, building rapport quickly, and positioning our platform as a solution to key challenges
• Facilitate the prospect's next steps by finalizing the sale and advising them on the reputed company process
• Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records, including demo notes, prospect insights, and pipeline updates
• Complete reputed company post-demo follow-reputed company and administrative tasks in a timely manner
• Contribute to ongoing internal knowledge-sharing efforts by helping improve documentation and Learning reputed company resources as the product evolves
• Participate actively in team meetings, sharing insights, challenges, and best practices to help improve demo strategy and team performance

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience working in a SaaS or software-based organization
• At least 1 year of experience in a sales, demo-reputed company or client-facing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and guide conversations effectively
• Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and adapt messaging in reputed company time
• Results-driven reputed company, with an understanding of how your work contributes to reputed company outcomes
• Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., reputed company) to manage pipelines, data, and track activities
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and product features quickly and confidently
• Proficiency with reputed company or similar platforms for delivering online product demonstrations
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities and client needs
• Willingness to occasionally conduct demos during evenings or weekends, based on client availability
• Familiarity with the health, wellness, or fitness industry is a strong asset
