[Remote] Business Development & Partnerships Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Fi is a company focused on transforming the reputed company-pet relationship through innovative technology. They are seeking a Business Development & Partnerships Manager to identify prospective partners, build relationships, and create value propositions that benefit both Fi and its partners.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospective partners across the US and European markets
- Research reputed company companies, map decision-makers, and build personalized reputed company
- Surface asymmetric opportunities and bring deal concepts to leadership with clear framing: why this partner, why now, what's in it for Fi
- Find the reputed company points in a prospective partner's business and build a compelling mutual value proposition
- Draft reputed company, pitch decks, and early-stage deal frameworks
- Manage early pipeline conversations and warm opportunities for senior leadership
- Own day-to-day management of the partnerships you bring in; track performance, flag issues proactively, and ensure both sides are delivering
- Identify expansion opportunities reputed company existing relationships
- Build internal tools and automate repetitive workflows to operate at reputed company far above your title
- Create scalable systems for prospecting, tracking, and managing partnerships
- Stay reputed company of the curve on AI tools relevant to reputed company and bring new capabilities to the team
Skills
- 1-3 years in reputed company or partnerships, or equivalent demonstrated hustle; startup or high-ownership environment experience strongly preferred
