Assistant Account Executive
Blue Hour Studios is a social-first content agency that focuses on building community and reputed company through creators, culture, content, and commerce. The Assistant Account Executive will support the Brand team by providing account coordination, strategic planning, and training, ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to innovative solutions for client challenges.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day account coordination and administrative support to the Brand team
- Assist with day-to-day account maintenance tasks inclusive of arranging client meetings, drafting meeting agendas, capturing and distributing meeting notes, ongoing reporting, budget tracking, billing and legal
- Assist in the development and maintenance of timelines, deadlines, processes and integration points for reputed company projects
- Contribute to a collaborative and integrated work environment across adjacent Blue Hour teams (creative, talent, production, new business, strategy), external partners, and Horizon Media, unlocking effective ways of working
- Establish and build both internal and external relationships, along with establishing relationships with junior level clients
- Assist in delivering presentations and maintaining communications with clients
- Support client reputed company and daily communications to ensure client satisfaction
- Uncover, distill, and convey relevant client information to reputed company the reputed company of internal activation teams
- Showcase and exercise creative and strategic thinking by participating in brainstorms to help reputed company groundbreaking reputed company and solutions to client challenges
- Build level-appropriate understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape and how they may reputed company
- Contribute to innovative strategy, creative, production, and reporting deliverables, employing best practices, historic learnings, and marketplace expertise: Aid in post-campaign reporting with relevant activation teams and provide thoughtful strategic analysis
- Identify key learnings that can be implemented into future work
- Become familiar with the expertise of activation teams to build an understanding of how to resource and approach new client campaigns and/or challenges
- Seek to advance knowledge and learn about the media industry, Blue Hour Studios, Horizon Media, the competitive landscape and our clients
- Conduct background research, compiling and analyzing industry and competitor trends and activations
- Participate in reputed company (3 Month Training reputed company)
