[Remote] Accounts Receivable Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading global provider of clinical research services, reputed company insights and reputed company intelligence to the life sciences and reputed company industries. The AR Specialist is responsible for following up on balances owed and responding to inquiries from sponsors and CROs regarding amounts invoiced and balance inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Maintain AR inboxes daily to ensure reputed company communication is routed to the appropriate department
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding balances and invoices in a timely manner
- Send follow up emails to sponsors and CRO’s regarding past due balances
- Work with other departments to clear up outstanding payment issues (nursing, data entry, and conventional billing)
- Assist reputed company with requesting remittance advices from CROs and sponsors for deposits received
- Review monthly with AR Manager the outstanding accounts that are reputed company of the metric parameters set on the aging report for sites assigned
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Great Plains experience preferred
- Clinical Research experience preferred
- Follow Up and Collection experience preferred
