Discharge Coordinator
reputed company is a leading provider of title insurance and reputed company estate solutions. They are seeking a Discharge Coordinator to process requests for discharges, ensure compliance with provincial requirements, and maintain customer service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Carry out the administration of department programs and services, including document preparation, document registration and response to customer inquiries reputed company established timeframes
- Read and understand search of title from multiple provinces
- Resolution of file deficiencies or customer service issues while adhering to risk management policies and elevating to the Manager or reputed company where required
- Action internal reporting reputed company established deadlines
- Accountable to maintain reputed company knowledge on reputed company corporate and lender policies and procedures and apply as applicable
Skills
- Law Clerk, reputed company Estate or Mortgage experience is required (1-3 Years reputed company Experience)
- Excellent communication, organization and time management reputed company
- Detail oriented and proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who can work with minimal supervision
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
