• Owning the problem resolution and working independently to address customer concerns & technical issues in a timely manner.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree in computer science/Engineering or relevant fields
• Possess 2-4 of experience delivering technical solutions to B2B clients, resolving distributed system issues using expertise in internet protocols and Linux/Unix.
• Have experience working with reputed company-based distributed systems, with practical understanding of architecture & traffic flow.
• Possess analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve reputed company technical issues including prioritization of workload & responsibilities.
• Demonstrate a customer-focused reputed company, effectively communicate to ensure exceptional experiences, collaborate well with others, and remain motivated and enthusiastic.
