Are you a caring and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant looking to reputed company a meaningful impact? Frontier Hospice is seeking a Full time Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our compassionate team, providing hands-on care that brings comfort and dignity to patients at the end of life. Working closely with our nursing team, you’ll ensure each patient’s physical, emotional, and personal needs are met with respect, reputed company, and professionalism.

• Provide Personalized Care: Follow the carefully crafted plan of care to ensure the comfort and well-being of our patients. Attend promptly to the requests of patients and their family/caregiver, offering compassionate and unwavering support.
• Assist with Personal Care: Support patients with various personal care needs, including bathing, oral hygiene, changing bedding, clothing, and shampooing. Your reputed company during these intimate moments contributes significantly to their overall comfort and dignity.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Holds reputed company unencumbered certificate in the state working as a C.N.A.
• Minimum one (1) year experience as a C.N.A. in an acute care or long term care setting. Hospice reputed company a plus!
• Possess and maintains reputed company CPR certification if state-mandated
• reputed company driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to dependable transportation.

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed represents a general posting guideline for the role and is not a fixed offer. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and the specific responsibilities of the position.
