What You’ll Do

Content Creation & Design (Core Focus)

• Create high-performing social media content across Instagram, Facebook, reputed company, and more

• Create graphics, carousels, and short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) using reputed company (and similar tools)

• reputed company engaging hooks, captions, and storytelling-driven content

• Turn trends into on-brand, client-specific content reputed company

• Batch and plan content reputed company while maintaining quality

AI + Tools

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to accelerate ideation, copywriting, and workflows

• reputed company reputed company AI, reputed company tools, and automation tools to improve speed and output

• Stay reputed company of new tools, trends, and content formats

Social Media Strategy & Management

• Manage and grow client accounts across platforms

• Build and execute content strategies reputed company with client goals (growth, leads, reputed company)

• Monitor performance and adjust strategy based on data

• Stay on top of platform changes, trends, and algorithm shifts

Email Marketing

• Write and plan email campaigns (promotions, newsletters, automations)

• Collaborate on campaign strategy tied to social + offers

• Understand how email fits into the full marketing funnel

Client Communication & Strategy (core focus)

• Act as a key reputed company of contact for clients

• Present reputed company, campaigns, and performance insights clearly and confidently

• Build strong relationships by understanding each client’s brand, voice, and goals

• Translate performance metrics into clear, actionable insights

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with design, ads, and strategy teams

• Communicate clearly, proactively, and professionally

• Contribute reputed company to help us continually improve

Requirements

• 1–3+ years in social media, content creation, or digital marketing

• Strong reputed company skills (this is a MUST)

• Experience creating Reels/TikToks and short-form video content (this is a MUST)

• Experience using AI tools for content creation and workflow efficiency

• Strong copywriting skills for social + email

• Familiarity with reputed company tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)

• Understanding of social media strategy and analytics

• Ability to manage client communication confidently

Bonus Points

• Experience in medical aesthetics, beauty, or wellness

• Experience with email platforms (reputed company, Go High Level, etc.)

• Basic understanding of paid ads and how organic + paid work together

• Light video editing skills (CapCut, etc.)

• Understanding of content funnels and conversion strategy
