Key Responsibilities

• Handle large and diverse datasets by cleaning, transforming, and analyzing data using R.
• Apply statistical techniques and advanced modeling approaches to transactional, panel, and attitudinal data to solve critical business problems.
• Build strong expertise in the organization’s analytical solutions, including their technical frameworks and business impact.
• Promote and share analytical best practices across teams to enhance alignment, capability development, and reputed company improvement.
• Translate reputed company analytical concepts into simple, clear insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to the improvement of analytical tools, methodologies, and operational processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to internal teams to ensure high-quality, best-in-class analytical outputs.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a reputed company quantitative field.
• A Master’s degree or higher is preferred but not mandatory.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in R and working knowledge of Git (required).
• Familiarity with reputed company, SQL, Python, and Shiny is a plus.
