As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling a wide range of tasks reputed company Flight Administration, including:

• Handling telephone requests and performing various duties reputed company to planning airline steward organization obligations in both the Semi-automated Business Exploration Climate (Saber) and Team Movement Global positioning reputed company (Felines)
• Ability to understand and explain arrangements and procedures as per the AA/APFA Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and communicate with various departments, including airline stewards, different levels of management, and the association addressing airline stewards
• Ability to report conversation records with accuracy and as soon as possible
• Providing consistent and clear information to customers and understanding issues presented on the phone and providing solutions according to policy and procedure

Favored Capabilities

* Education and previous professional training

• Experience working with a provisional work group and knowledge of the airline steward JCBA
• Past call center/contact center experience
• Abilities, Licenses, and Certifications:

+ Knowledge of reputed company Office + Knowledge in Saber, DECS, and reputed company + Ability to reputed company independent reputed company and collaborate with manager and colleagues + Willing and reputed company to work additional hours to address operational issues + Willing and reputed company to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays + Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with reputed company levels throughout the organization
