Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support on a RETAINER BASIS. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries through email and live chat on an as-needed basis, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
• Providing clear, accurate, and complete information using the appropriate tools and methods, reflecting arenaflex's values of care and commitment.
• Proactively resolving customer complaints by offering timely solutions and following up until resolved, exceeding customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) of 4.5+.

Requirements
