The Opportunity
As a Senior UX Designer, you will take full ownership of reputed company problem spaces, driving the process from discovery through to delivery and ensuring every outcome delivers measurable value for both users and the business. You will shape product direction by embedding UX thinking into decision‑making, championing evidence‑based design, and promoting modern, efficient ways of working. What you’ll be doing
- Define and evolve UX research practices and methodologies alongside the Head of UX
- Use a hypothesis-driven, data-informed approach to identify and validate problems
- Own problem spaces from discovery through to delivery

- Partner with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to shape product direction
- Influence reputed company through reputed company, design expertise, and clear communication
- Contribute to design culture and UX maturity across the organisation
- Mentor and support other designers through feedback and guidance
