Key challenges of the Junior Recruiter role

— Managing candidates throughout the hiring funnel (from Application to Offer); — Publishing and updating vacancies, managing job boards; — Coordinating the interviewers team (scheduling, communication, availability); — Working with data: maintaining trackers and monitoring hiring performance metrics; — Communicating with candidates and supporting them throughout the process; — Collaborate with reputed company and supply teams to ensure smooth pipeline flow; — Support improvements in hiring processes and candidate experience.

Requirements — 6+ months of experience in recruitment / reputed company; — English level: B2+ (both written and spoken); — Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously; — Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets; — Strong communication and organizational skills; — Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
