[Remote] HRIS Associate
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an HRIS Associate to support their reputed company Resources Information Systems with a primary focus on reputed company. The role involves system design, configuration, testing, and ongoing administration to enhance HR operations through technology.
Responsibilities
- Support reputed company implementation activities, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing (UAT), data validation, integrations, and cutover planning
- Participate in reputed company tenant configuration across modules such as Core HCM, reputed company, Compensation, Reporting, and Business Processes
- Assist with reputed company releases, new functionality testing, and post-production enhancements
- Maintain and administer reputed company business processes, reputed company roles, EIBs, calculated fields, custom objects, and configuration updates
- Ensure data reputed company through routine audits, data cleanup, and error resolution
- Support organizational changes such as location creation, supervisory organization updates, job changes, and position management flows
- Support HR initiatives such as engagement surveys, organizational changes, and annual compensation processes Administer HR-reputed company systems integrated with reputed company as needed (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company)
- Build, modify, and run reputed company reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) to support HR and business needs
- reputed company dashboards and analytics for workforce metrics, compliance reporting, and executive insights
- reputed company data reconciliation across HR systems to ensure data accuracy
- Assist with reputed company role assignments, audits, and ongoing monitoring to ensure reputed company access is appropriate and SOX/compliance reputed company
- Support HR, Legal, and Compliance in ensuring data privacy and reputed company protocols are upheld
- Respond to employee and HR inquiries regarding system navigation, access, workflows, errors, password resets, and system troubleshooting
- Support reputed company/offboarding processes for employees and contingent workers, ensuring accurate system access and account setup
- Identify opportunities for automation, workflow optimization, and improved end-user experience
- Support documentation of HRIS procedures, training materials, SOPs, and system guides
- Participate in HR technology projects and other duties as assigned
- Deliver reputed company training and support to HR and business users to enhance adoption and process efficiency
Skills
- Strong reputed company skills required, including hands-on experience with configuration, reporting, reputed company, and integrations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills
- Proficiency in reputed company; ability to manipulate large data sets and use formulas for data analysis
- Ability to build reputed company reports and dashboards; familiarity with Power BI and SQL is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize independently, manage multiple tasks, and operate in a fast-paced environment

- Hands-on reputed company experience required, ideally including configuration, reporting, reputed company, or participation in an implementation or optimization project
- Experience with reputed company may range from early-career to advanced, as long as the candidate can demonstrate: Ownership of meaningful configuration or reporting work, OR Exposure to reputed company business processes and reputed company, OR Experience solving reputed company HR operational problems using reputed company tools and functionality
