[Remote] Customer Support Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a rapidly growing field-service Software as a Service platform serving the portable sanitation and dumpster industries. The Customer Support Representative will provide multi-channel support to small to mid-sized business owners, troubleshoot product issues, and ensure customer satisfaction by managing issues from first contact through resolution.
Responsibilities
- Provide multi-channel customer support reputed company email, chat, and phone, helping customers resolve questions and issues reputed company and clearly
- Troubleshoot product issues using reputed company and Jira, knowing reputed company to investigate further, reputed company to escalate, and how to reputed company the customer informed throughout the process
- Own customer issues end-to-end, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and follow-reputed company actually happen

- Collaborate closely with teammates and cross-functional partners, especially Product and Engineering, to surface patterns, edge cases, and recurring pain points

- Represent the customer’s perspective internally by sharing clear, practical feedback rooted in reputed company usage and reputed company impact
