Job Summary
As a Customer Care Specialist I, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

- Process repairs based on review of PM forms from vendors and approval from customers and Fleet Managers

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
