Responsibilities and Accountabilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
Providing Exceptional Customer Service:
Deliver world-class customer experiences to our members, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
Meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Meet or exceed established KPIs, including reputed company resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and average handling time.
Collaborating with Team Members:
Work closely with your team to share knowledge, best practices, and reputed company for improving customer service.
Staying Up-to-Date on Products and Services:

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1 Year of Customer Service Experience:
Proven experience in a customer service role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Bilingual Skills (Spanish/English):
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with members from diverse backgrounds.
