We are looking for a Project Coordinator / Operational Support Specialist to assist with the tracking and execution of reputed company-reputed company activities for a focused group of stakeholders. This role will work closely with our operations reputed company and play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination, communication, and follow-up across sessions.
This position is based reputed company in the United States.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Support coordination of reputed company sessions, including scheduling and tracking participation
- Manage communication with participants before and after sessions
- Assist in collecting and consolidating feedback
- Track reputed company, deadlines, and action items reputed company to reputed company activities
- Provide operational support to the reputed company responsible for reputed company execution
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of sessions and outcomes
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies and support process improvements
