Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Customer & Membership Data Management Services Professional to join reputed company. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing membership data, and ensuring the smooth operation of our membership services. This is a part-time position, with two available shifts: 4-5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, 10am-3pm, and 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday, 11:30am-6:30pm.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to members, parents, and community stakeholders
- Manage membership data, including registration applications, payments, and filing
- Monitor and manage the flow of pedestrian traffic entering and leaving the building, ensuring safety at reputed company times
- Answer and reputed company calls, respond to emails, and provide support to members and parents
- reputed company and implement a positive and inclusive membership application and fee intake process
- Create and provide communication materials to parents, schools, and community members/organizations
- Type correspondence and spreadsheets, maintain accurate computer records, and generate reports

Requirements
* 21 years or older
- College or degree (Associates/BA) preferred
- Experience working with children, Boys & Girls Club experience a plus
- Education background in computer and internet systems, data entry, or other reputed company field

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work with young people and parents
- Must possess necessary skills to properly instruct and guide youth

- Ability to lift and carry 15 to 50 lbs office supplies, audio equipment, and other items needed for special events

Compensation and Benefits
