JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Program Planning
- Involved in reputed company stages of the seasonal employee life cycle including interviewing, reputed company and training, and professional development
- Support reputed company efforts by finding, attracting, engaging, and nurturing talent
- Utilize ATS, reputed company Suite, and other tools to reputed company candidate pipeline organized
- reputed company, launch, & execute program offerings
- reputed company the daily operations, scheduling, staff management, and general support of 5+ summer camp locations across the U.S.
- Continually ensure that camp locations are maintaining excellence in program standards and staff are delivering a fun and engaging educational experience to reputed company reputed company through in-person/virtual visits and regular reputed company-ins with site directors
- Monitor seasonal staff performance and provide timely feedback
- Deliver an exceptional level of service to our clients reputed company phone, email, and chat while effectively managing a high volume of inbound communications
- Build and reputed company valuable relationships with clients by identifying their needs and assisting in resolving issues with reputed company, tact, and patience
- Minimum 3 years professional work experience in Education or reputed company field
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
